FAQ - Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Gifts, Shipping

Returns - Full Price Items Only
From 1st July 2022,  we offer a 14 days return policy. If your purchase is over 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging undamaged and price tags intact. 
PLEASE NOTE - We DO NOT accept refunds or exchange on limited edition models as we can't return product back to the supplier once order is confirmed. All Seiko & Orient returns may incur further restocking & administration fee charges for change of mind purchase due to non returnable to Japan supplier.
*Clearance Sale Section items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items in our clearance section cannot be refunded.
* Please note from 1/1/2018 all return orders using afterpay & zip payment facility will incur administration fee of 6% + gst on order price. This is to cover for each transaction cost on non-waivable afterpay/zip merchant fee.
All change of mind refunds using LayBuy, credit card and PayPal facility will incur a 5% + gst administration fee of product price - this is to cover the cost of processing transaction fees and shipping fees incurred to us from our suppliers/partners (extra cover purchase & insurance will not be refunded).
 
Instructions for return:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@joycejewellery.com with your order id.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturing. If you need to exchange it for the another item, send us an email at info@joycejewellery.com and we will give you further instructions. Please send your item to exchange to: P.O. Box K85, Haymarket NSW 1240.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 
  
Shipping your return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box K85, Haymarket NSW 1240. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
For exchanges depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return item.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to major countries. Please refer to your country upon checkout. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for. 
Payments
To avoid fraud payments, our website uses fraud analysis software which collects your data for verification on payment. We do not store, use any sensitive information in any manner.  If you are uncomfortable with this method please use your paypal account to make payment either using your bank account or credit account. 
We will update you with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
